ahhh ok. How are they differentiated on the receiving end?
(warning: possible stupid questions ahead!)
what about circular polarisation from helical antennas aswell for a 3rd
card?

I'm still learning about some of the radio theory but could you have 1
antenna with two connections connected to two adapters running on two
separate non-overlapping channels?
