[MLB-WIRELESS] Node DGC is up - Sunbury's first!!

Announcing Node DGC is up in test mode. Test mode because we haven't
actually linked to anybody yet, but hopefully that will change soon now.

I suspect that the coverage is very small currently as I'm running the
standard D-link wand. A Cantenna won't be far off.
