No, that isn't enough.

These days information can be gathered from flashing LED's, EM radiation
from a monitor, possibly even from RF radiation transmitted out of the
power cable ..

Just unplugging it from the network can't completely stop them.

Mind you, if by unplugging from the wall you mean unpluging it from the
power, well, as long as it's locked up in a vault, the information would
be safe ..
