[MLB-WIRELESS] wiki Front Page

Hi everyone..
 
I've put together a proposed new front page for the wiki, that I think
organises things nicely, and tries to set the wiki up to avoid
duplication of data (which will become more of a problem as the wiki
grows.) etc etc

check it out and make comments, etc etc.
