Why did we miss this?  Perhaps it is time we assign some people (ala
PropagandaSquad) to actively browse public political policies in their area
to make sure we are in a position to act when opportunities like these
arise.
A coordinated effort at gaining support from various government groups
(local, state and federal) could be quite beneficial.
