[MLB-WIRELESS] Announce: LocFinder updated

New in version v0.6 (besides the fact v0.5 broke)

- now centering based on node selected
- reached limit of new mapping system, limiting netscape to 300 closest nodes and IE to 65 due to IE character limits
- linking Node ID to node's description page on the wiki (add those pages!)
