[MLB-WIRELESS] Clearing up a few issues. (aka what melbwirele ss is all about)

Can we have a Melbwireless Network Policies webpage setup on the site? With
general usage rules to protect Melbwireless from legal prosecution, etc.

Would probably help clear up a few things that people have been wondering.  

While we're at it, anyone got a legal background or know of someone with
same?  Might help for getting the wording right...
