The Airport uses an orinoco chipset. All you need to do is drill a hole in
the case* at just the right spot and wire in an external n-connector to the
one sitting on the end of the card. Not sure what has changed in the Airport
2, but there was one sitting in the Mac Centre on Flinders Street if anyone
wants to check it out.
Can't find the URL, but there was a guy in NZ who squeezed about 17km out of
an Airport in LOS, and designed an Airport omni. Link anyone?
