I'm sure you could just spray paint the antenna with some sort of paint.
Providing the paint doesn't have any sort of metal flake that would
interfere with the reflector dish or hinder it.

I spoke to one of the radio techs at work about my antennas and that's what
he told me.  I was going to spray mine because apparently these particular
reflector grids have a habit of melting the plastic dipoles if they are
pointing at the sun long enough ;)
