Sorry, it's been flogged to death several times. :)

And my serious answer... NO!  a webboard is clumsy and cumbersome for those 
of us used to handling very large amounts of traffic - it does the opposite 
of what I require, i.e. I require my front end to be separate from the 
network (like a mail reader) so I don't have to wait for data every time I 
select a new message.  Much quicker to hit <DEL> in an email client (and 
get the appropriate response) than select (and load) the next message on a 
web board. :-)
