Well, with the hoopla about community wireless in the last few months and 
an impending 7:30 Report article to be aired soon, I am not surprised that 
commercial interests who were caught napping are scrambling to get in on 
the act.  Anyway, if it is a commercial enterprise looking to make a buck 
somehow (without actually doing serious development work off their own bat 
for FREE (read altruism and community minded), I wouldn't touch them with a 
10 petafoot bargepole.  Investors can be fickle and leechworthy.
