[MLB-WIRELESS] Lightning protection?

Glen,

Antennas are not made from fibreglass, they have a conductor inside.  The
fibreglass is called a radome.  It is a layer protection from the elements.
A direct hit to your mast would breakdown the insulation on your radome,
antenna cables and the like.  Your equipment would most probably be toast.
