[MLB-WIRELESS] adsl mandrake 9.0

hello all
i cant get mandrake to login to my adsl
isp= netspace.net.au
username= as is
password= as is
does anyone know how to get this to do it
i am running the box as as server/firewall for my lan/wireless network and i 
just cant get it to login
ran netspace and they said that i needed www. before the isp which i did and 
it still does login
put my dlink 701 in beween the box and the modem and i am talking to you now
network is fine but the login isnt
 any help will be thanked
