[MLB-WIRELESS] Telstra buys wireless network

Does anyone here have any information on what this actually means apart from the info (or lack thereof) in this press release, does
this in essence mean that Skynetglobal is selling off their network and no longer have an operation OR does this mean that Telstra
is outsourcing its wifi construction to SNG (which is what it appears to say).
