[WG-Structure] structure wiki

I have been adding some extra material to the WGStructure Wiki page. 
I propose that we post to this front page basic definitions of each 
of the models we are discussing, and links to more complete 
definitions, and keep details and pros and cons for the mailing list 
for the moment.  As the WG process goes along, we can maybe post pros 
and cons there as well, so that the rest of the group can see what 
we're on about before voting time.

I may have messed up the format of the page a little, I'll go back 
and tidy it up ASAP.
