[MLB-WIRELESS] Passive repeater works ... sorta

Apparently not it was a passive repeater for remote locations, no power 
no staff.

However Telstra probably used Active Repeaters as opposed to Passive 
Repeaters.  They would have a signal amp in between the two antennas.

Depends on power and receiver sensitivity. 
Telstra used to do this on long haul microwave links to get over hills 
and 
stuff.
