Just to clarify, the 'policy' will be the points that will be coming up
for vote on the Friday. If you have any suggestions, and can't get here,
please email them, and so we can discuss them.

Also, a summary of the meeting will be presented at the AGM on Friday
for all those who may have been unable to attend. (anyone likes taking
notes? :-) he he he)

There will be a policy meeting tonight at 9pm at:

Unit 4
115 Banksia St
Eaglemont

Melways Ref: 31 H5
Approx 150m from the Heidelburg Railway Station on the Hurstbridge Line.

We invite *anyone* to attend to discuss the policy and make any final
changes before the presentation at the meeting on 12th April 2002.

The meeting will commence at 9pm sharp and conclude no later than
midnight. The meeting will be held at a private residence, so please
honour the finishing time.

After this meeting there will be no changes to the policy that will be
presented on Friday 12th April at the general users meeting.
