There will be a draft online (hopefully wednesday evening) of the proposed
official structure of wireless.org.au.

This will be voted on at the April 12th meeting, so I recommend that anyone
that can attend the meeting does so.

The proposal defines the objectives of the group, the duties of a president,
secretary, treasurer and working groups. A working group representative will
meet at general meeting with other leaders, the president, secretary and
treasurer to help the group progress...

This will be a yes/no vote, and we stress that if you do not agree with the
policy when presented, you should vote no, but give us the reasons why you
voted against the proposal.

I will post a link to this mailing list regarding the proposal when it is
online.

The proposal is for the good of the group. Its aim is to give official
causes of action for users concerns, contact points for media relations, and
deal with other issues that are stopping the group from progressing.

Signed,
Steven Haigh

was designed to be a decentralised information delivery system so that in
the event of a nuclear attack, American Military leaders would still have
