[MLB-WIRELESS] IP Addressing

I remember discussing it but couldn't recall any sort of decision being
made.

If we have already decided on something can someone modify
http://www.wireless.org.au/wiki/?AllocationOfIPNumbers so reflect class that
people should be grabbing ranges from?

I thought we'd decided on 10.x.x.x for nodes, starting at 10.11.0.0 (leave
the lower ones free for home networks as well)...  But I could be wrong.. :)
