Cables and bits!!! ring your local electrical wholesaler and ask if they
have a belden cable catalogue (they will)  get them to find Belden 9913.
You can buy per metre or a 1000 ft roll.  Then pick up a radio parts or wes
components book and order RG-213 N connectors.  These WILL fit 9913,
although not entirely mechanically secure, electrically ok. You do have to
file the centre conductor a bit.  For your RP-TNC's order some standard male
AND female TNC connectors to suit RG-213.  Again you have to file the centre
conductor, and heres the trick, you swap the centre pins, male to female.
There you have it!  Cisco wholesaler will charge $200+ for something that
will cost you less than half.
