Hmmm If that long a distance is not a prob then maybe I can work on linking
up to the antenna in the city cos I can see it from my roof top a mere
15k(Have Yagi willing to aim at a back yard near you :)now which one is the
zurich building in the sky line? and what is the node name on the map?)
Also a comment on the network architecture. Each of the first tier ap's (in
the future, to start with lets work with anything available) should have no
client connections, (I'm assuming it will be a centralised pyramid
structure, as cross linking the ap's to create redundancy will be hard) That
way a client at the top of the infrastrcture will not be able have half of
the available bandwidth, and the other 64 people at the bottom of the tier
will be left over to share the other half.

Also I support the move to the discussion board as I am sure one day my
mailbox is going to explode ! (64 mesages in day is a bit much to get
through in one sitting especially if they are mixed up)

Sorry if the above is a bit hard to digest I write like I think...scary huh?
