[MLB-WIRELESS] hello

Hi peeps,

I'm new to this list and thought I'd say hi.  I'm not in Melbourne (Sydney,
sorry) but I do have an interest in wireless LAN tech.  Having said that, I
was wondering if anybody had any opinions regarding the recent 802.11a
product announcements?  I recently bought myself a sexy new Thinkpad X21,
and wouldn't mind buying a starter kit so that I can be trendy and surf the
net on my couch ;)  With 54Mbit/s products on the horizon, should I wait?
