How much would shipping cost? I think I've heard the figure of $40 for small
packages bandied around somewhere. I would be up for one, if we could get 12

Have found a supplier in the US that will ship Gold Cards internationally if
required.  The postage could be bit high but you can get the Orinoco Golds
for $89 USD ( $172.041 AUD)
each which is pretty damn good. But as usual there is one catch - you have
to spend a minimum of $1000 USD ($1,933.13 AUD)for an international order so
we would probably have to put few orders together,  It would mean we would
have to get about 12 cards.
