Not that I know of.  Should be possible.  There are various 
Linux-on-a-floppy like Linux-Router-Project and No-Cat Net that will do all 
that caper with a QNX like footprint.
If Melbwireless get's going in a serious way then hopefully it too will 
have it's own no brainer distribution.  I am hoping an add-on for 
Smoothwall would be possible.
