[MLB-WIRELESS] Router questions

Hi,

I'm still trying to understand everything here (hehe give me a while).

As I understand it, those people offering themselves up as nodes, are
offering to route traffic within their range between them and other nodes?
It wasn't immediately obvious to me, and I seem to be a slow learner.
