[kernel-xen] Xen 4.13 available - CentOS 8 packages available

Hi all,

Would you believe its been over a year with no posts to this list? :)

Firstly, Xen 4.13 packages are available for testing. These are 
packaged as 'xen413'. Testing would be appreciated as these are only 
compile-tested right now.

Secondly, Xen 4.13 is also available for CentOS 8.

These are also only compile tested, so feedback on these would be 
welcome. Right now, I don't have any hardware to spin up CentOS 8 on 
bare metal to test functionality.

If someone could also post the output of a 'grep XEN /boot/config*' on 
a CentOS 8 system, that would be great. I'm not sure if the stock 
kernels support running as a Xen Dom0 - or if we'll have to build 
custom kernels too.
