[kernel-xen] Xen 4.5.0 packages for EL7 available for testing.

Systemd only exists for EL7. As such, the EL7 packages will target systemd.

The init scripts will stay in EL6. As yet though, I haven't created a
4.5.0 package for EL6. This will happen after I get it working properly
on EL7.

My current plan is to have 4.5.0 an upgrade to 4.4.x - as this should be
fairly seamless.

It will also reduce my workload to not maintain 4.2.x, 4.4.x and 4.5.x :)
