[kernel-xen] Remaining Xen packages

So, for CentOS 7, getting the updated kernel was only part of the battle. My bad.

Now, onto the rest.

xen and sen-libs for versions < 4.5. Are there plans to build all the same packages you have for CentOS 7 that you have for 6?

The toolset I use for administering Xen does not yet support xl but does xm. According to the docs I saw, it says that xm is deprecated from < 4.5 and gone from 4.5.
