[kernel-xen] Windows Xen templates are not booting any more after CentOS 6.4 OS upgrade

After we have upgraded the VPS node to CentOS 6.4. Our Windows templates are
not cloning anymore. Any idea ?

Seem after ntfsclone it is stopping and that's it.
