[kernel-xen] blktap support missing in 3.9 kernel?

HI all,

blktap/blktap2 seems to be broken or missing from the current xen build. 
Did it get lost in the most recent config or has something changed that 
I need to look for that elsewhere?

loopback works fine so I can fail back to that in the odd case where we 
still need something not on lvm, but it would be nice to have
