[kernel-xen] Testers wanted: xen-4.2.2-2

Hi all,

I've just pushed xen-4.2.2-2 to the testing spot.

- Updated xendomains initscript:
     - Run DomU shutdowns in parallel to decrease time required for Dom0 
shutdown
     - Correct usage of xm / xl based on if xend is being used. xend is 
still the default on
       installation, but is now optional. To use xl, disable the xend 
service and reboot the Dom0
- Updated xenstored initscript:
     - Do the basics to allow xl to operate as required. Removes 
reliance on xencommons initscript.

Packages should appear at http://au1.mirror.crc.id.au/repo/el6/testing/ 
within the hour.

I'll look at pushing these to the main repo on 2nd May if there are no 
issues found.
