Hmmm - There aren't any real changes between -1 and -3.

$ rpm -qp --changelog repo/el6/x86_64/xen-4.2.0-3.el6.x86_64.rpm
* Sun Oct 14 2012 Steven Haigh <netwiz at crc.id.au> - 4.2.0-3
- Removed selinux fixes that don't apply to EL5/6 (Thanks M.Young)

* Wed Oct 10 2012 Steven Haigh <netwiz at crc.id.au> - 4.2.0-2 (Unreleased)
- Add support for building under EL5 (experimental)

* Wed Sep 19 2012 Steven Haigh <netwiz at crc.id.au> - 4.2.0-1
- import Michael Youngs 4.2.0 RPM, modify for EL6.

There should be no differences in the running code between -1 and -3.
